Yes. The AI assessment questionnaire, risk report, and basic recommendations are completely free — no credit card required. We limit free users to 2 assessments per email. Paying customers have unlimited assessments.
How is the quote calculated? ↓
After your assessment, our team reviews your profile and prepares a custom quote based on server count, complexity, compliance requirements, and engagement model. There is no automated pricing — every quote is reviewed by Harbir personally before it is sent.
What is a Billing Intimation? ↓
We issue Billing Intimations rather than tax invoices. This document shows what is due, for what, and by when. Payment is via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, NEFT). A formal GST invoice can be requested separately from our accounts team.
Do you offer EMI or deferred payment? ↓
For larger engagements (₹1L+), we offer milestone-based billing — 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Razorpay EMI is also available for eligible cards. Contact us to discuss payment terms for your specific project.
What is your refund policy? ↓
