Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Assessments
Free AI assessments are provided at no cost. No refund is applicable.
Assess Only Engagements
- Full refund if the assessment report is not delivered within the committed timeline stated in the Billing Intimation
- No refund once the assessment report has been delivered
- Cancellation before report delivery: full refund within 7 working days
Assess + Remediate Engagements
- Cancellation before SpectraAgent deployment: 100% refund
- Cancellation after deployment but before live remediation: 50% refund
- Cancellation after live remediation begins: proportional refund based on work completed, as assessed by Spectra
- No refund if live remediation is complete and before/after report has been delivered
Assess + Monitor (Monthly Retainer)
- Cancel any time — no lock-in period
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month
- No partial-month refunds
- Pro-rata refund for any prepaid months not yet consumed
Emergency Consultation (₹2,999)
Full refund if we are unable to provide the consultation within 4 hours of payment. No refund once the consultation has taken place.
SpectraCloud Managed Servers
Managed server contracts are monthly. Cancel with 15 days notice before the next billing date. No refund for the current month. Setup fees are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email enquiry@spectraai.co.in with subject "Refund Request — [your reference number]". Include your Billing Intimation reference. We will respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
