1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SpectraAI, SpectraCloud, SpectraAgent, or any related services ("Services") provided by Spectra Technologies India Private Limited (CIN: U72200HR2006PTC036404), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Services

We provide AI-powered infrastructure assessment, SpectraAgent deployment, managed server services (SpectraCloud), and professional consulting. Scope and deliverables for paid engagements are defined in individual Billing Intimations or Statements of Work.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and authorised to enter agreements on behalf of your organisation. Free assessments are limited to 2 per email for non-customers.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our Services to assess infrastructure you are not authorised to assess, conduct unauthorised penetration testing, circumvent security controls, introduce malicious code, or violate any applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, AI methodology, reports, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Spectra Technologies India Private Limited. Assessment reports are licensed to you for internal use only — not for public distribution.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are due within the period specified on each Billing Intimation. All prices exclude GST. Late payment may result in service suspension. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is". Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Assessment reports are advisory — you accept responsibility for authorising changes to your environment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi. Parties agree to 30 days of good-faith negotiation before legal proceedings.
