2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, work email, company name, industry, and assessment responses. We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not collect payment card details — payments are processed by Razorpay.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver assessment reports and recommendations
• To send your OTP verification code
• To follow up on your assessment and enquiries
• To send our weekly newsletter (if you subscribe)
• To improve our platform and services
• To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

4. Automated Processing and Artificial Intelligence

SpectraAI uses artificial intelligence and automated processing technologies, including large language models (such as Anthropic Claude), to:

• Analyse security events and telemetry data collected from your infrastructure
• Generate security assessment narratives, risk scores, and remediation recommendations
• Power the AI Security Operations Centre (AI SOC), which triages threats in real time and proposes response actions
• Generate security reports, root cause analyses, and compliance summaries

When AI processing is performed, only the minimum necessary data is shared with the AI provider. We do not share personally identifiable information of your end users or customers with the AI provider. Security telemetry (event logs, server metrics, IP addresses, software inventory) may be processed by AI models to generate findings. AI-generated content is reviewed and may be edited by our security engineers before delivery.

We use the Anthropic Claude API for AI-powered analysis. Anthropic's data processing terms apply to API usage; data submitted to the API is not used to train Anthropic's models. You may request information about what AI processing has been performed on your data, or opt out of AI-powered features where technically feasible, by contacting enquiry@spectraai.co.in.

5. SpectraAgent and Your Infrastructure Data

SpectraAgent processes infrastructure data locally on your servers. Diagnostic findings and reports are transmitted to our platform securely. We do not store raw configuration files, credentials, or sensitive system data on our servers. All assessment data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

6. Data Storage and Localisation

All customer data, including security telemetry, assessment results, and reports, is stored on servers physically located in India (Mumbai / Delhi NCR region), in compliance with applicable Indian data localisation requirements including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act). We do not transfer your personal data outside India except where you have explicitly consented or where required by law.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the platform (under strict confidentiality, including the AI provider noted above); (b) regulatory authorities when legally required; (c) with your explicit consent.

8. Data Retention

Assessment data is retained for 3 years from the date of completion. Email addresses for outreach are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing enquiry@spectraai.co.in.
